Called around first off to find very high priced towing around nisku (to tow a truck 5 blocks- $500+). Called jayhaul and their pricing was more realistic. They were there in a timely manner, polite and efficient. I will use them again (hopefully I won’t need to) if I’m ever in the area and need a tow.

I can't recommend Jay and Jayhaul Logistics enough! Before September 12, I had a frustrating experience trying to find a reliable car transport service from Edmonton to Vancouver. I reached out to a couple of companies, but one didn't respond, and another didn’t show up for the scheduled pickup. Out of frustration, I found Jay’s company online and saw the great reviews. I decided to call him, and I’m so glad I did! Jay was incredibly helpful from the get-go. He provided a reasonable quote and was genuinely kind and supportive throughout the process. I dropped off my Car at the Edmonton terminal on September 14, and it was in perfect condition. Jay also sent his nephew to ensure I got to the airport on time, despite the rain. That level of customer service truly went above and beyond! When it came time for delivery at the Richmond terminal, I asked if he could drop off the car closer to my location since I was busy. Jay not only found a way to accommodate my request but delivered my Car right to my front door—looking just as great as when I dropped it off, even in the rainy weather. Jay truly cares about his clients and only asked for one thing in return: for me to share my experience through this review. I couldn’t agree more—he deserves all the recognition! My Christmas Eve Knights in Shining Armour. My car started to act up in South Common as I left Home Depot. First thing I noticed was I lost power steering, then battery light came on, then it said the car was overheating. I was about 15 mins from home. I started to make a run for it. I stopped three times along the way to let the car cool down, then continue on. After the third time the car wouldn’t start, there was some sort of electrical issue. I disconnected the ground clamp at battery, gave it 30 secs and reconnected. Just as I was about to try and fire it up, these guys showed up and asked if I needed a hand. I told them to let me try and fire it up. It fired and off I went again for another kilometre or so. Then the car started to really bog down, I knew it was the end for the time being until I had a chance to look at it. Fortunately, these guys could tell I was in trouble, they watched me pull over down the street and offered to help again. I was planning on getting rid of this car in the near future anyway, so I offered it to them. We agreed on a price and they agreed to drive me home so I could empty out my belongings and do up a bill of sale. They bailed me out on Christmas Eve. These boys really saved my day, got me home to my family and took my old beater off my hands. A win-win for all of us! Cheers guys! Happy Holidays!

Second time we have used Jayhaul to transport a vehicle from Alberta to BC and he did not disappoint. We got stuck in Edmonton due to road closures and fires and had to fly home. Called JayHaul about getting our vehicle back for us. He kept us informed the entire time and even took extra precautions with our keys as we weren’t able to pick the vehicle up at the time it was dropped off. Had a security guy come in the middle of the night to get our keys from the driver and hold onto them until we could get there. As our previous review says…we would definitely recommend him! First review from 2 years ago: Price compared quite a few places and Jay Haul was the best price. We needed to transport a pickup truck from Edmonton to Abbotsford. Jay was great to deal with and quick to respond to all our questions about pricing and the entire process. We had never transported a vehicle before and he walked us through everything and made it so easy! His driver was friendly and kept us in the loop as to where he was and the estimate time he was going to be at the planned pickup so we didn’t have to wait around. Even had the truck warmed up for us when we got there. Overall a great company to deal with. Would absolutely recommend Jay Haul.
